Worthing Splash Point 5K – Wednesday 22nd April 2026
Join us for the Worthing Splash Point 5K, an annual evening race hosted by Worthing Rowing Club. Taking place along the beautiful Worthing seafront, this fast, flat, and fully measured 5K is perfect for both competitive runners and those looking for a fun challenge.
With its mid-April timing, the event is a great warm-up for runners in the final stages of marathon training, including those preparing for the London Marathon. Whether you're racing solo or as part of a team, it's the perfect opportunity to test your speed and enjoy a fantastic community atmosphere.

There is no limit to the number of runners in each team, but only the fastest four runners for each team count. The team with the lowest combined time for their first four runners wins the category.
