... WRC Knucker Dragons have monstered the Loch!
The Monster the Loch rowing race is an annual event held on the legendary Loch Ness in Scotland. Participants from around the world gather to take on this epic challenge, rowing or paddling human-powered boats across the 21-mile-long, 1-mile-wide, and incredibly deep Loch Ness.
The Knuckle Dragons monstered the Loch in 2023. Gill, Zuzana, Charlotte, Annika and Spike bravely rowed through the mist-shrouded waters, only stopping a couple of times to replenish their energy (and to rest the sore bums!)
The weather gods were pretty magnanimous and sent them fair winds and blue skies.
What more can one ask for ... wait ... a Scottish piper at the finish line and a hog roast all-you-can-eat dinner! Done!
Could do without those blisters but all in all - an unforgettable experience!
