Training Nights

The main club nights are on Tuesdays and Thursdays although arguably they are only designated as club nights because those are the days that the bar opens.Once experienced members train most if not every night.

Club training nights start from about 6.00 onwards.

During the winter Tuesday nights tend to consist of runs, ergo’s and heavy weights while on Thursdays we add an endurance circuit which starts at 7.00 prompt.

Once the evenings draw out in the spring crews try to get out on the water most evenings although land training still takes place.

We also have a couple of boats on the River Adur where we row at the week-end during the winter and if the sea is too rough in the summer.
